Clogs

Endlich hab ich meine schwarzen Clogs angemalt. Zwar mit einem etwas plumpen Pinsel, aber ok für eine kleine bunte Bauernmalerei. Die Schuhe standen lange in irgendeiner dunklen Ecke, aber sie fielen mir wieder ein als ich mir das wunderschöne Buch  'Granny Chic' von Tif Fussell kaufte.
Verwendet habe ich Acrylfarbe, darüber eine Schutzschicht aus transparentem Sprühlack.

Finally I painted my  black clogs. Sadly I only had a clumsy old brush for this purpose, but ok for some small colourful cottage style painting. These shoes have been standing around in some dark corner, but I got them back in mind when I bought the gorgeous book 'Granny Chic' by Tif Fussell. I used acrylic paint, sprayed with transparent varnish to protect.
